For this section I’d like to give you my ‘Top Exercises’ for training like a ‘Royal Marine Commando’ in the gym…

My ‘Nutritional’ Advice

Now that you have my top exercises to use in the gym, I wanted to give you a guide to nutrition whilst working out.

… I want to focus on one key tip…. Food preparation!

I believe people fail due to lack of preparation…

With a busy schedule, its very difficult to eat healthily all of the time, unless you have the right things in your cupboards…. and lets face it… When we get hungry and you can’t be bothered to cook a full blown healthy meal, its easy to eat the full packet of biscuits or bag of chips……

Right? …..

So- what I’d like to recommend is you watch this youtube clip from Dr. Lane on food preparation which makes it easier to stick to a routine…… And get those results you deserve!!
