ATHLETIC STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This phase of training will aim to improve your functional strength and overall athleticism. Outdoor training working your body against resistance at high intensity.
This phase of training will aim to improve overall movement and your speed, agility, quickness. Sport specific drills are a fun way to get your heart rate up as well as improving performance.
This phase of training will aim to educate you on training in the gym and build/tone your muscles to achieve a more athletic shape. Personal programs will be provided throughout the course for you to complete with your training partner.
