Learn To Burn (upfront)


Learn to Burn is an 8 week Fat Burning programme that focuses on exercises designed to increase your metabolism and burn more body fat.  It uses a combination of resistance training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) plus a bespoke nutrition plan designed around your personal goals and needs.  This is a mixed programme for males and females working together as a small team with the expert guidance and intensive support of a personal trainer who specialises in fat loss.
