Vegan Breakfast?????

Does this mean pieces of broccoli stuck in your teeth before 9am?… No thanks!

But with the health benefits of eating fresh, fruits & vegetables, Is there a way of swopping those great tasting (but really unhealthy) “Kellogg Coco Popps” with a better tasting (and healthy) alternative???


For years, we’ve all be sold on the idea that Milk, Cereal and Toast are the ‘Breakfast of Champions’…..

Well, unfortunately, this isn’t the case.

A recent study showed that over 87% of all cereals are filled with chemicals, preservatives and unhealthy ingredients. It’s a shocking reality that most of the breakfasts we eat today are produced with cheap ingredients to maximize profits for large corporations…. Yikes!

So, we wanted to give you some alternatives which are easy to prepare, extremely healthy to eat and have no harmful preservatives in their ingredients….

1. Millet Porridge
